The purpose of the Adelaide Product Launch Syndicate is to allow like minded individuals to meet each other and collaborate on joint venture projects where for instance two people may have complimentary products or services and can see each other adding value in some way.
Some knowledge and guidance will be provided to give people a sort of structure to work within for optimum success. Since this is a complicated topic with many parts and we only have a couple of hours per meeting. Each meeting will focus on one main topic that is related to the Product Launch process.
The first meeting will be a chance for attendees to introduce themselves and give everyone an idea of why they want to get involved, what product/service they offer, what kind of customers they want and what sort of joint venture partners they are looking for.
I will then offer a basic structure for how future meetings will be conducted and what topics we will cover. These topics will generally fall under three main themes – Product, Placement and Partnerships.
Product – what your product or service, how to refine it and make it more marketable.
Placement – what you can do on your own to get more customers who are interested in your product or service.
Partners – what can you do with the help of others to get more customers.
I’m open to feedback but this is what I have in mind for the first meet-up.
